By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is operated by PropertyIT, a sub-brand of SAZ.ca and Sedighi.ca, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We may update the terms from time to time, and the latest version applies from the date it is published.
These terms apply only to the website. Services delivered to clients are governed by a separate written agreement or scope of work, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Information only
Content on this website, including articles, checklists, pricing, location pages and scenarios, is general information. It is not legal, accounting, engineering, insurance or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. References to the BC Strata Property Act, BC PIPA, PIPEDA and other legislation are summaries; the legislation itself and your own professional advisers are the authority.
Examples labelled as scenarios are illustrative. They are not case studies of named clients, and any resemblance to a real organisation is coincidental.

Prices shown are starting-from figures in Canadian dollars, exclusive of GST or other applicable tax. They are indicative, may change and do not constitute an offer. A binding price is provided only in a written scope or proposal. Launch discounts apply to new engagements as described on the pricing page.
Service availability varies by location, building and scope. Service targets, such as monitoring hours and response times, are objectives and not guarantees unless stated in a signed agreement.

You may not copy, republish, scrape or resell the content without written permission. Acceptable use
