How PropertyIT handles personal information on this static website: no cookies, no trackers, mailto-only contact.
Our approach
This website is a static site. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers and does not use third-party fonts, scripts or form services. We designed it this way because a company that advises on privacy should demonstrate it.
This policy explains what information we may receive when you contact us, how we use it and what rights you have. We aim to follow the principles of the Personal Information Protection Act (BC) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you email [email protected] or call (604) 632-4959, we receive your message, your contact details and any information you choose to include, such as your organisation, the properties you manage and the issues you face.
The hosting platform may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
How we use information
We use what you send to reply, to prepare for a consultation and to provide a quote or service. We may keep a record of correspondence so that we can continue a conversation. We do not sell personal information, rent it or share it for third-party marketing.
If you become a client, additional information is handled under the terms of our service agreement, including confidentiality and security obligations that are specific to the engagement.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as it is useful for the conversation and for our records, and then delete it. Business records for clients are kept for the periods required for accounting and legal purposes.
We protect information with multi-factor authentication, encrypted devices and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and regulators when required by law.
Third parties and hosting
The site is hosted on a static content-delivery platform. Pages are served as plain files, and nothing on them loads code from other companies. Links to saz.ca, sedighi.ca and our sister brands are ordinary links; if you follow one, that site's own policy applies.
Mailto links open your own email program. We never see what you type until you send it, and we do not embed chat widgets, scheduling tools or social-media buttons.
Your rights and how to contact us
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections and ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. Contact us at [email protected] or (604) 632-4959 and we will respond within the time required by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. This policy may be updated, and the review date appears on each page.
